The National Endowment for Democracy maintains a Ukrainian Democrats at Risk Resources and Support list which provides information on grants, scholarships and other resources for Ukrainian democrats at risk.
Emergency funds and resources for media and journalists in Ukraine

To support the work of media and journalists in Ukraine during the war, the GMFD has curated an extensive list of organisations providing emergency funding, available for journalists and media as well as crisis and emergency resources.GFMD has also been working with other organisations on mapping the needs of many Ukrainian and regional organisations.

The Alliance for Peacebuilding (AfP), the leading nonpartisan global peacebuilding network of 160+ members operating in 181 countries working to end violent conflict and build sustainable peace, urges the international community to seize this clarifying moment and build on the growing global movement demanding much needed change to end and prevent violent conflict and build peace in Ukraine and around the world.
The war in Ukraine is causing widespread destruction, civilian deaths, and displacement. The United States Government formally declared that the Russians are committing war crimes.
Open Society Launches Fund for a Free and Democratic Ukraine

The Open Society Foundations today are pledging an initial $25 million to launch the Ukraine Democracy Fund and urge other funders to join us in supporting civil society in Ukraine in response to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s assault on democracy.

For those of us who watch with horror Vladimir Putin´s brazen violence against the people of Ukraine, it has been a chilling wake up call. Putin´s war has lifted the veil on his authoritarian agenda – an agenda that did not start and will not end with Ukraine – and his willingness to use the brutal tactics against those whose only offense is to choose freedom, independence and democracy.
